Gardening has long been a hobby of mine. Over the years I have taken great pride in the growing and maintaining of my garden. Most of the plants are grown with a purpose, herbs for cooking, peppers for spice, succulents for there drought resistant qualities. However Calla Lilies like Orchids, I grow purely for beauty. This Calla Lily Blossom was cut fresh from my Garden today to capture it's grace in my photography studio.
Calla Lilies are not a colorful or flashy flower. Instead the Calla Lilies blossom slowly open to relieve the blossom's true beauty. It is the defining curves of the blossom that give this flower its sophistication.
